It’s not even fire season and parts of the county are dealing with some major fires. Watching people go through the scare of possibly losing their house is quite sobering and nothing I would wish on someone. Now with as serious as all this is the news coverage has been incredibly annoying and sometimes even comical.

Some of these idiots are on the front lines almost getting in the way of the county’s firefighting efforts. Often even going too far as almost tripping over hoses and asking the firefighters questions. That guy has far more important things than to try to avoid you or answer any questions you may feel the need to ask.

Now the topper for me came from last night when one guy from NBC 7 was reporting on a specific neighborhood. This gentlemen chimes in with “Everything around us has burned.. except for most of these homes in the neighborhood..” Umm.. seriously?
